When can i move in?
As long as your unit is available, you can move in immediately.
Is there a specific age requirement to rent a storage unit?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a storage unit.
Do you require notice before i move out?
Yes. We require a 10-day notice.
Can i access my unit anytime, or are there specific hours?
Our facilities offer access hours between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. 24/7 access available on an individual basis with an additional fee.
Do you require any specific documentation to rent a storage unit?
Yes. We require a government-issued photo ID like a driver’s license or state ID.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We highly encourage you to set up to have your payments automatically deducted from your debit or credit card to avoid late fees or missed payments. You can also make payments online in your tenant portal using your debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
What security measures do you have in place to protect my items?
Our facility offers 24-hour surveillance, gated keypad entry, well-lit premises.
CAN I CHANGE MY UNIT SIZE IF I REALIZE THAT I NEED MORE OR LESS SPACE?
Yes, you can transfer to a different unit size within three days of your move-in date, subject to availability.
DO YOU OFFER CLIMATE-CONTROLLED UNITS?
Unfortunately, we do not offer climate-controlled units at this time.
IS INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR STORED ITEMS?
You are responsible for insuring the items in your storage unit. You may purchase insurance through our tenant insurance provider, Storage Protectors, during the rental process or upload a copy of your own insurance coverage. You will have three days from the day you sign the rental agreement to provide proof of insurance. If you do not provide proof of insurance coverage within three days, we will automatically add insurance through Storage Protectors to your account.
CAN I STORE CARS, MOTORCYCLES, INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT, BOATS, CAMPERS, TRAILERS, MOTOR HOMES, AND RVS IN YOUR UNITS?
Yes. Our enclosed large 12′ x 30′ and 12′ x 40′ units are perfect for storing a car, motorcycle, industrial equipment, boat, camper, trailer, motor home, and RV. Our door height is 13′ tall.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY ACCESS CODE OR LOSE MY KEY?
Contact our office for assistance in retrieving your gate access code or obtaining a replacement lock. A fee of $75 will be charged to cut the disc lock and issue a new lock.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT ARE PROHIBITED?
Hazardous materials and illegal items are strictly prohibited. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about what is prohibited.
CAN I RESERVE A STORAGE UNIT IN ADVANCE?
We do not offer advanced reservations. Your rent may be prorated based on your move-in date.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO MILITARY PERSONNEL?

HOW OFTEN ARE THE STORAGE UNITS INSPECTED FOR CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE?
Our units are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and security.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM LEASE?
No. You can rent month-to-month. If you rent in the middle of the month, your rent is prorated for that month. We do not require long-term leases, but we do offer discounts for long-term leases. Contact us for more details.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE SECURITY GATE?
After you complete your rental agreement, you will receive a personal security gate code allowing 24-hour access to your storage unit.
DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?

DO YOU OFFER STORAGE FOR CONTRACTORS?
Yes. Our facility is perfect for contractors and businesses that need to store tools, bulky equipment, and building supplies.
DO YOU OFFER STORAGE FOR BUSINESSES?
Yes. If you are running out of space to store inventory at home or in the office, our storage facility has a storage unit for you. HOW DO I SUBMIT AN INSURANCE CLAIM THROUGH STORAGE PROTECTORS?
If you have insurance through our insurance partner, Storage Protectors, you can visit their website at www.storageprotectors.com or click here to file a claim.

DO YOU CHARGE A LATE FEE?
You will receive an invoice around the 25th of the month for the upcoming month. Payments are due on the 1st of the month. If your payment is not received by the 6th of the month, you will be charged a $20 late fee, an overlock will be placed on your unit, and One Box Storage will assume ownership of the items in your unit.
DO YOU CHARGE AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OR DEPOSIT?
Every tenant will be charged a one-time administrative fee of $25. This administrative fee is added to your first payment. One Box Storage does not charge any type of security deposit.
CAN I STORE A MOTORCYCLE?
Yes. For a single motorcycle, a 10’ x 5’ storage unit should be adequate. However, you will need a larger unit if you plan to store more than one motorcycle.
